“Isn’t it sad to go to your grave without ever wondering why you were born? Who, with such a thought, would not spring from bed, eager to resume discovering the world and rejoicing to be part of it?”
— Richard Dawkins
There is no need to blame anyone, since “global warming” is a scientific fraud. Simply put, the CO2 released into the atmosphere by human beings since the industrial age has had no global effect on temperature. Granted, polluting the atmosphere with greenhouse gases from fossil fuels is by no means a good thing, and can obviously cause localized temperature rise (e.g. Los Angeles), there is simply no data (the data that implies there is a global rise is erroneous and modeled upon incorrect assumptions) that suggests the current warming is caused by this. In fact, the data suggests that the current warming is caused by solar cycles (a mean increase in the temperature of the sun that follows a regular pattern). The planet Mars also has polar ice caps, and they as well are receding, yet there are no humans there burning fossil fuels! Ice ages come and go, and they are a direct result of solar cycles. For more in depth information, watch the documentary “The Great Global Warming Swindle.” Here is a hyperlink to a review of the documentary by the atmospheric physicist S. Fred Singer: http://www.ourcivilisation.com/aginatur/swindle.htm
Why only blame meat eaters and milk drinkers, and not look at the big picture and realize there is a lot of other factors that contribute to why our world is such a shitty place, it is easy for treehuggers to looks for someone to point the finger to and blame them and treat them indifferently. I know of someone that did the same thing, his name was Hitler, and he sure as hell thought jews were the issue and wanted to blame them for a lot of things, so why be like that and blame everyting on people just because they eat meat, nothing worng with that, it is easy to point the finger and blame, anyone can do that, it is harder to actually take action and do something about it, we can keep on eating meat and drinking milk if we want, like with everyting else, we all need to just be more responsible with how we go about it, and come up with a way to end the meat addiction, humans do not need to eat as much meat as we currently do, but that does not mean we can’t come up with a solution for a better way to raise livestock so it does not make such a huge negative impact on our world. If things worked that way then why not blame everyone who drinks for all the problems we have with alcohol related mishaps? and just make drinking alcohol illegal? it does not work that way because it is up to us to go about drinking responsibly. I undertand how frustrating it can be for you though, and think your opinion is not wrong or anything, because i have to admit, a lot of people are not very responsible about their actions, if only that wasn;t the case we would live in a much better world.
