It seems as though insane people with a determination to kill will succeed whether or not guns are legal. But could a gun in the hands of the right person stop the next American massacre? Today, fourteen people died in Binghamton after a gunman shot up an immigration office. If someone had a gun, those lives could have been saved. Think about it. </p>
