				<description>&#60;p&#62;I have been reconsidering my position on gun possession given the last few American massacres.  It seems as though insane people with a determination to kill will succeed whether or not guns are legal.  But could a gun in the hands of the right person stop the next American massacre? Today, fourteen people died in Binghamton after a gunman shot up an immigration office.  If someone had a gun, those lives could have been saved.  Think about it.
